1:1 Online & In-Person Coaching

Sure, it’d be great to meet with a personal trainer every day, but not all of us have that kind of money! In this hybrid plan, you get the best of both worlds — in-person sessions based on your schedule and a customized program to perform yourself on the other days of the week. You get all the benefits that a virtual client gets (detailed form reviews, cues, etc.) as well as the accountability and immediate movement feedback in in-person sessions.

For virtual clients, my current rates are:

$200 per month for full custom program, daily communication & form feedback, & weekly check-ins

For hybrid clients, my current rates are:

$200 per month for full custom program, daily communication & form feedback, & weekly check-ins

+ $100 per 1-hour session

For in-person standalone sessions, my current rates are:

$150 per 1-hour session

It’s hard to answer this! There’s no one-size-fits-all time period that you’ll start noticing physical changes in your body. Within the first four weeks, I’ve seen clients notice better form, strength progress, and higher confidence in the gym! Changes in your body depends a lot on your nutrition, stress levels, and amount of non-exercise activity as well, but generally people notice changes within 8-12 weeks of starting a workout program.

While I do not do specific nutrition coaching, I can and do help clients with nutrition considerations, especially around protein, as well as help clients create and track foundational nutrition habits.

It varies!

If you’re new to lifting, sticking to 2-3 days in your initial months of training can help it become a habit and is enough to stimulate muscle growth.

Some intermediate clients stay at 3 days if they have other goals they’re working towards or busy schedules (kids, work, etc.).

Other intermediate clients lift 4-5 times per week.

It’s entirely up to you and what you can consistently commit to!
